Well...it got worse after you left.  =)

First we ran Clarify on Solaris 2.x (on a wacky asymmetric cluster, no less!), 
and it sucked.

Then, when we got in bed with WorldCom, Remedy came back, but only for 
WorldCom boxen.  Then, engineering did something truly evil with Siebel, and 
that's what is used now.

AARGH!
