[rescue] comapq or dell??

I'm not sure about compaq, but Dell treats service providers like 
end-users in terms of service parts availability.  Their part numbering 
schemes are incredibly inconsistent... constantly changing and some 
part numbers don't work anymore.  So far I have found IBM and HP have 
the best service provider support and IBM is hands-down the best IA32 
server vendor.
