hehe... well people will allways have some reason to do weird stuf.

What did the people who coded Lunix (sic) need a Unix for the C64 for?
Why bother with an open source SMP implementation of Tru64, Irix, Solaris etc.
offer much more scalability?
Who would think IBM needed a Unix on machines they had MVS for?
Why do people install BSD on a Powerbook if Apple got a more glitter-glitter
OS themselves (and can still enjoy most of the open source applications)?
Why do kernel developpers write a driver to output kernel panics in morse code
through the speaker?
Why do people insist in running Windows and get locked in by Bill's nutty
strains on the users freedom if they can switch to something more open?
Why do people overclock or casemod PC's? (Ok, I'll stop here).
