I'm not sure what level of an item you're looking for, but at work we have
two units from APC. It looks like the current model is called a "Switch
Rack PDU".

It's actually an entire power strip, with individually controlled outlets.
Access is available through telnet, web, and snmp. I do remember them
being on the greater side of $100 - but one saved me a ride just last
night.
