[rescue] Cisco weirdness

Well I was thinking so too but the fact that the switch was still in 
it's original
wrapping aka sealed and there was no dirt/dust anywhere visible and also
that the fact when I consoled to it first it ran me true the initial 
setup procedure
makes me think this switch never has been used before.

I agree on the being late thing. Been a long day..
