[rescue] Sun CDROM FAQ (Calling Mike Frisch!)

All,

I have kept a local copy of this FAQ on my web site for quite some time.  I 
got an email yesterday from somebody who found it, and has information to 
contribute, but is unable to get in touch with the FAQ's original author.

I am trying to get in touch with Mike Frisch.  If I am unable to do so, how 
does one customarily "take over" maintaining an abandoned FAQ?
