Woah!  Obviously the patents PanIP hold are invalid and won't stand up in
court - hell how can they even hold a patent on something that was in
widespread use before the patent?!?!?  That's like me going out and
patenting _pants_!!

Obviously these people know it won't stand up in court - they tried this
crap before and got beat down pretty badly.  The mistake they made was going
after Delta Airlines - so they learned from it and started going after
mom-n-pop websites without the resources to challenge them in court.  Well,
I for one hope they find they're day in court - because they *will* lose. 
Even better, I'd like to see those that settled in individual suits start a
class-action at the same time.

Filthy, dirty, slimy, thieves with lawyers.  The worst kind of scum out
there...
