[rescue] External CDROM drive for Indigo2

   I have an SGI-compatible Toshiba drive here that I've used to
boot my Indy with.  I haven't tried it on my Indigo2, but I imagine
it'll work.

   The model number is TXM5401D1.

   Note that the internal microcode may be SGI-specific.  For one,
this thing plays digital audio via the SCSI bus, not the analogue
outputs!
