[rescue] Sr. Irix Job w/DOE clearance

I wondered about that myself.  I did some preliminary poking
around on the web, and that led me to believe that if you don't
get it through working at some gummint job (e.g. you already
got it), you can't get it.

Of course, what I found may be horse hooey put out by those in
the know to keep the potential employee pool smaller.
