[rescue] Elite 23s

We have a pile of them for our DPS Perception cards. They are pretty decent.
They aren't too loud.

How bad is the noise and power draw from these?  I kinda like the idea of
getting these and throughing 2 in my 511 case and 2 in another scsi case I
have, but the powerusage, especially at startup seems kinda high.
