[rescue] SGI Indy's ??

I am buying one of those SGI Indy's from Les that he had on the list a
while ago, and I understand that they are password protected...  Since
this is my first SGI (useable anyway) can someone tell me how to get past
the password protection (both boot and root) and what version of Irix I
can expect to have to install on it, etc?  Please?
