Hey, how about a Laserjet 4 with a PostScript SIMM?

They're reasonably priced these days, the Ethernet cards for them are readily 
obtainable, they support configuration by telnet, and the PostScript SIMMs 
are not Unobtanium...  This is what I have at home, and I"m pretty happy with 
it.
