[rescue] Mailing List Software

My Wife's just started up a brewing list, and guess who gets to admin it?  : )
Any thoughts on the best Mailing List package?  Preferably mostly hands-off 
features, but with things like sender limitation (spam control) and the 
ability to sideline messages from senders for moderation before posting?  
(This is going to be a semi to fully moderated list)
