Are there perhaps amperage draw on startup issues with the P/S, or cooling
issues with the fans ??

eg (i've read) in the old 101 chassis, > 2GB drives would cause the PS to
shut down.. and this was AFTER the upgraded ps . the original that only
would accept a fully loaded chassis with 1 GBs
??
