FC-AL (at least the ones at the office are good to 100MB/s so you're looking
at 4 of them to get 300MB/s reliably.

For U160 you probably would need 3

Raid is not a hard really an issue since most FC-AL drive encloses do the
raid themselves (or you can do software). 

For PCI 64/66 133MB/s = 32/33 so PCI 64/66 = 4 * 133MB/s
