Hmm, I had thought we had a vax bootable side due to our not shipping
68k releases as part of the 3.1 CD set.  However, it looks like
that side is being used to make powerpc machines bootable.

So yes, the 3.1 CD set includes VAX but there is no bootable VAX
CD.
