This doesn't look like a Dutch Auction so it looks like the cost is:
$5.00 + $14.50 + (86 * $7) = $621.50

That is unless:
a) I'm smoking something.
or
b) This is one of those E-Bay Store items that you can specify
quantity on.

Still if anyone has the money $621.50 is not a bad price for a big lot
of dedicated use machines.  Can you say load-balancing?  (Maybe too
light a system for this.)  Or maybe add an SBUS ethernet and make them
drop in firewall systems.  That is provided you spend for RAM and
drives on them.
