That's actually the configuration of a 125 volt, 20 Ampere non-locking
plug, not 15Amp.  (the "normal" one is rated for 15 Amps)

You'll need 12/3 (12 AWG, 3 conductor, stranded copper) cord too if it's
really going to carry over 15 Amps (and presumably less than 20 Amps).

You'll probably have to go to a real electrical supply store.
