Traditional Mac OS uses a strange (if you're not used to it) memory  
management scheme. You need to tell the application how much of the 
memory it can use. It won't use any more even if there is memory 
available. Select the Apple Video Program and click on File->Get Info. 
Change the preferred memory box to give it more of your memory.
