Well, I saw this in the comp.unix.aix FAQ:
# mkramdisk SIZE /dev/rramdiskxx
# mkfs -V jfs /dev/ramdiskxx
# mount -V jfs -o nointegrity /dev/ramdiskxx /whatever

And this article, stating that you need AIX 4.3.3.25 to do it (is this maint 
release 6 or 8 or...?):
