[rescue] those who should be shot

Last Sunday morning, about 4:30AM, I was driving back from
work (in for a memory upgrade) and passed a riced-out car
with blue LEDs on the hubcaps.  They weren't centered, and
the streaks wobbled like they weren't well secured.
