If all goes well with the job offer next week, I'll be moving to OH.  It
already SUCKS infected donkey balls.  But, the upside is that I get to
work with/for a set of very cool people.

Not gonna buy a house this time either - gonna rent a condo or huge
apartment.  Unless I get there and find a 5+ acre slice of land with a
decent house for less than $130k - then I might buy.
