Lots of companies make those....  almost every cabinet maker out there
has a model, as to the likes of Leibert and APC.

No, they're not cheap.

(Simple metal heat exchangers with no moving parts are cheaper of
course.  There are some nifty new high-efficiency ones that use a
self-circulating vapour in a hollow tube with microfilaments to carry
the condensed liquid back to the hot side.)
