Well, You can supposedly get the required software from 
ftp://ftp.digital.com/pub/DEC/Alpha/firmware/archive/alpha200/
I am assuming you'll want the as200 v7.0 sys file..  Then drill a 
directory back and grab the mkboot utility to turn that sys file into a
bootable disk?
