[rescue] Alphaserver question (Machine died after installing FreeBSD)

Can you give more details on the actual motherboard?

Most of the Alphas will not come up if a required fan is not
working propery.  Even if the fan turns, it may not be turning
fast enough which in some models is treated as a dead fan.
