<RND> (in Hebrew) Hello?
<ME> Hello? Do you speak English?
<RND>Hello?
<ME>Um, hi, I need tech support for a Web Server Director, is this RadWare
and do I have the right number?.
<RND> Oh, Um, its 1:00am in Isreal now, let me see what I can do.

<RND> Hello? I have Human (SomeLastName) on the line, he is a developer in
the WSD project. Sorry it took so long, I had to get him out of bed.

Later on I met Human (spelling?), most cool geek I've met. He is also the
model used in their ads that show a musical conductor at a podium in print
ads. I'm not sure, but I think he said he painted the outside of their
building too (multifuncional employees).

Overall I'd say support was slow but outstanding, and very weird.
