Question: Is ADD a disability?

Answer: Depends on who you ask.

However, there is now evidence that ADD is
related to limited blood flow to the
frontal cortex of the brain. This is the
part of the brain which regulates emotion,
as well as handling tasks like planning,
following through, and anticipating
consequences.

Abnormalities in the caudate nucleus and
corpus callosum have also been associated
with ADD. The curious are referred to
