[rescue] Calling HP Laserjet experts

The new HPs have a softer roller material, which seems to pick up weird
paper better, but the rollers are only good for ~year of steady office
use.  Same with the new inkjets.  Kinda sucks, my Deskjet lasted a
decade+ and the worst I had to do was scuff up the rollers.
