I only see this on the web site:

The complete install components for SIX architectures: i386, alpha, macppc,
  vax, sparc, sparc64.
The following architectures only available via an ISOFS filesystem image
  downloadable via FTP: amiga, hp300, mvme68k, mac68k.
The CDs are bootable on i386, alpha, macppc, sparc, and sparc64.

Where do you see a VAX-bootable disc?
