  Yes.  They're going to LOVE that.  These people are very inexperienced
landlords, and have no idea what to expect or how to deal with things.
I've been a landlord for several years, and tried to explain things to
them, but of course they ignored me because I'm younger than they are,
I have long hair, and I'm unconventional...so of course my advice
means nothing to them.

  Now they're dealing with 43 people and who knows how many forged
green cards, and they may or may not get their rent money.
