[rescue] 13w3w Monitor cable lengths

also, (without looking it up) the which color on which coax may bite
you.  I know the 13W3 cable I sacrificed to make a BNC adapter for a
crimson ended up connecting as BRG to the crimson's RGB connectors
to work right.
