[rescue] Okay, I give up (RS/6000 console cable)

I've admitted any number of times that, when it comes to hardware, I'm
about as useful as a screen door on a submarine. Part of it is that I
don't have the necessary coordination. Part of it is that I'm just
mechanically declined.

The result is that I cannot seem to build a console cable for this RS/6000
model 250. I'm using an SGI Octane running minicom as a terminal[1], and
have tried every adapter on God's green earth, including a couple that I
made myself (following pinouts posted to this list and others posted to
the 'net at large). I'm more than willing to bet that it's my own black
thumb with hardware, more than it's any problem with the pinouts I've
checked.

So, I'm looking to purchase either:
  1) Preferred: A serial console cable that works (9-pin female on the
terminal end, 25-pin female on the RS/6000 end).
    -or-
  2) A console kit (framebuffer, keyboard, and mouse).

Failing that, I may have an RS/6000 model 250 for sale shortly.

[1] But I've tried both a Macintosh running Kermit and a PC running
Hyperterminal in addition to the Octane.
