Yes...

Loose cards and all other manner of things.

Of the 6 RS's I have, all have run without a 
hitch once they were cleaned and the cards 
properly seated. But I'm glad to have lights
just the same. But I've never received a 
'new' (new to me) RS that would boot correctly.
