Does anyone know of a good OpenSource or freeware program that will take a
bunch of jpeg stills and convert them to an mpeg movie?  The platforms I
have available are NetBSD, HP/UX, Linux and Windows98se.  I have some
stills generated from a security cam that I'd like to make easier to view
and a little more portable..
