[rescue] two SCSI oddities

Check your sync-speed. Do a 'prtconf -v', and scroll down to your SCSI
bus (are SC1000's esp-based?). Your sync-speed will be shown in hex
under "name <targetN-sync-speed> length <4>".

For reference, 0x2710 is 10MB/s.
