[rescue] ups is dead 8-(

I have an Exide Micro-UPS-1200.  Seems to me it was about $140 a year
or two ago.  Gel-cells at Batteries-Plus.  I prolly coulda done better,
but they have a local outlet.  It's saved my bacon several times, so
I guess it was worth it.
