Pardon?  There ain't no hard coal anywhere near central PA.  Well, maybe
if you take "central" to mean "centered north-south" then maybe there
is.  But the majority of coal in PA is Bituminous, which is soft coal.

Clearly it's all Eastern, or North Eastern PA.
