Sorry, I didn't save the post, but I noticed there was a guy offering Ultra 2s w/256 Meg RAM, 1x 200 MHz CPU, TGX and 4 Gig HD for $575. He reports he has Qty. 10 available...

I am in the process of buying an SS/20 w/2x SM71s in it (for my 10sx!) from him, and he seems a reasonable dealer, but please, I can only say I have *ordered* from him, I have not seen the system (yet).

His name is Bill Wolfe (IIRC) from Consolodated Workstations - he posts under a user name of "bill".
