HTML capable e-mail is one of the most evil and insecure things ever
invented on the current Internet.  Do not ever use such a thing if you
value your privacy and/or the security of your systems.

(actually if it were just pure, plain, simple, HTML, then it would be
mostly OK, but that's almost never how it's implemented)

Flash is probably not so bad, though I don't know of any solid analysis
of it.  Shockwave though seems to be potentially quite evil from what
I've read.
