[rescue] SBus expansion

I'm getting quite low on SBus slots ... in fact, I'm out of them
completely. I have an SES/B for my machine, but looking at the FEH, there
are several rather important cards that, apparently, don't work with the
SES/B, notably some framebuffers, SCSI adapters, and ethernet cards. This
is distressing.

Before I hunt down the SBus card & cable that would allow me to use my
SES/B, I'd like to know if at least _one_ kind of framebuffer, SCSI
adapter, and ethernet board (or combined SCSI/ethernet) is actually known
to work with it. Part numbers of stuff known to work would be especially
helpful.

Provided I'm able to find enough working stuff, does anyone have the SBus
card and cable for the SES/B? It's proving quite hard to find...
