[rescue] Cisco Certs (was THIS. MAKES. ME. SICK.)

Me too.. About to do CCNA, required for CCNP (what I consider the first level
of usefull knowlege). I will follow later with CCIE (check out that salary
range).

I have solidy avoided certs (have some required by manufacturers to sell their
stuff, like CCDA and MMND). I figure after 15 years in the biz if an employer
doesn't recognize a good mind he isn't a good employer.

I also have solidly avoided a college degree too, but that isn't for lack of
trying 8=)
