You can quote me specifically, at my former employer, we had a Compaq 
Proliant server running NT4 that was up for two years.  Granted it was 
an Exchange server with rather few clients for it's size.  (This company 
had an email system the size of microsoft's and about half as many 
employees, actually came in handy when the melissa virus and it's 
compadres came around, but then again, if it wansn't all MS they 
wouldn't have had that problem in the first place.)  But nevertheless, 
it was a used server with over 2 years of uptime. 

(now i'll go hide in a corner for talking about nt on this list, i'll be 
waiting for my lashings)
