A3000 is the operative word here. With A5200s E450s and other things they're
more lenient. The RSM2000, A3000, and A3500 have had "issues" over the
years. Finally, with the latest revs of RM6.22 and firmware they work
really well. Doing hot-swaps in the past there were many ways to 
corrupt things :(
