Or, if you ever want IBM to fix it if it breaks...

I don't know anyone that runs a s/370 or s/390 that is *not* under IBM
maint. contract. ANd they won't support you unless your software licenses
are legit.

They may not even sell you other software if you can't prove you have an OS
license.
