Sort of... They share the following:

501-4196 300MHz/2M cache (Limited to the U2/U30/E450)
501-4849 "             "  (Used in damn near everything with a UPA slot...)

(I'd love to find one of these puppies for my U30)

The U30 can use the following CPU's that the U2 cannot:
501-4857,4278 250/1M

The U2 can use the following that the U30 cannot:
501-5237 400/2M
501-4791,3041 200/1M
501-2942,2702 167/.5M

BTW, somewhere I have a 167 module for a U2 if anyone cares.
