[SunRescue] SGI: Personal Iris Keyboard

Heyo!

With some of the older SGI Personal Iris machines, they used DB9 and DB15
connectors for their keyboards unlike later in the SGI line when they used
PS/2 keyboards and mice from standard PC's.  Well, now I'm in need of some
keyboards and the mice.  Haven't found a good source for these beasties
yet.  I figured out how to make up an adapter for the different pinouts
between DB9 and DB15 keyboards, and I believe the mice are identical for
both models.  The problem now is finding the keyboards. :)
