The model(s) you are looking for are the portege 300ct and/or 320ct.  1024x600 display resolution, active matrix, fullish sized keyboard bot otherwise very small and petite.  The 300 is 133mhz MMX, the 320 is (I believe) 233.

The hit ebay occasionally.  Make SURE you get the port replicator and/or the docking station, as you get NO ports without it.
