[SunRescue] OT: name-based hosting and GET /

Sorry for the offtopic, but there's a lot of clue here that I wish to
tap for a second.

How on earth can I telnet to a domain IP that's named-based hosted, and
get the index.html from the command line?  With IP-based, I can just
telnet to the IP, type GET /, and bingo!  Web page.

Thoughts?
