Howdy!

I recently got a SLC on a lot I purchased at a local surplus sale and I'm
trying to get it going,

It came with an  external disk enclosure with 2 full height huge .5 gig and
1 gig drives in it running SunOS 5.4 that seemed
to go with the beast as when it boots off the disks in the enclosure the
hostname is the same as the sticky label on the SLC itself :)

The only problem is the system is flaky, Once I get SunOS to boot on it its
OK but it takes several boots to get
that far and on occasion I'm getting watchdog resets.

I have done test-memory on the system and when its unhappy its reporting
bad ram at whichever slot one Certain
simm is located so I'm looking for a single simm for this beast.

Does anyone have any suggestions for where to look for Ram that wont cost
an arm and a leg for my poor little SLC? My hopes
are to get it up and running diskless netbooting off the linux box I keep
on my porch monitoring my weather but until I can get ram into it
I cant play with it enough to succeed.
