I've actually got the 384/128k service/circuit, but Jump.Net doesent 
cap the downloads at 384k, so its effectively a 1.5meg circuit.  I could
get this for 39.95/month as well, but thats only a 1G/month download;
the $80/month gives me up to 5G.

I'd switch to another ISP that doesent measure downloaded bandwidth, but
the only option in town for that right now is the Evil Empire (tm) that I
used to work for, and I will not pay them money.
